What formulas are available?
Formulas are studied on request: Étang des Oiseaux for 14 to 18 guests, Les Poulardières for individual accommodations, or a combination of both spaces when the calendar allows it.
What is the price for a seminar?
The price depends on the number of guests, accommodation, room needs, catering and period. Please send your request to receive a personalized quote.
Are seminars still possible?
Yes, on request, for calm residential formats: team meeting, work session, nature stay or gentle team building in Sologne.
How many guests can stay overnight?
The reference capacity depends on the chosen configuration: up to 61 sleeps on the Poulardières side and 14 to 18 guests at Étang des Oiseaux.
Is pool access included for Étang des Oiseaux?
No. Étang des Oiseaux operates as an independent group gite. Pools and spa are located on the Poulardières side.
J’ai découvert la Ferme des Poulardières dans le cadre d’un séminaire. Le lieu est magnifique : c’est un havre de paix. Les gîtes sont confortables, bien équipés et très propres. Nous étions en pension complète. La patronne cuisine tout elle-même et utilise des produits locaux de qualité. N’hésitez pas à y passer une ou plusieurs nuits. Vous serez à 10 minutes du château de Chambord. Un point d’étape très sympathique lors d’un road trip Châteaux de la Loire. Et cerise sur le gâteau, les hôtes sont hyper sympas.
Nous avons réservé ce lieu pendant une semaine dans le cadre d’un séminaire professionnel, et l’expérience a été excellente du début à la fin. Les hôtes sont accueillants, à l’écoute et réactifs.
On cherchait un endroit pouvant accueillir un grand groupe (40 personnes) pour un week-end. Nous avions sélectionné la Ferme des Poulardières et nous ne regrettons absolument pas notre choix, bien au contraire. Nous y avons passé un excellent moment. Tout y est parfait, de l’accueil en passant par les équipements et la propreté des logements. Ajoutez à ça un cadre verdoyant avec un étang et deux piscines et vous obtenez l’endroit idéal pour passer un bon moment. N’hésitez pas à venir y poser vos valises.
