Étang des Oiseaux keeps the practical spirit of the first version: a main building for cooking and gathering, a bedroom building to spread out the group, all set in a 1.5-hectare wooded park with pond.
Towels and bed linen are provided. Beds made on arrival can be added on request to make settling in easier for the group.

Practical information
The offer is now focused on quiet group stays: family gathering, reunion, stay with friends or residential seminar, with a proposal adapted to your dates and group composition.
Arrival between 4:30 pm and 8:00 pm. Departure at 10:00 am. A digital welcome guide is sent after confirmation.
14 to 18 guests depending on the chosen layout, with five bedrooms, five shower/bathrooms and four toilets.
Pets are not allowed. The pools, spa and services from the Les Poulardières area are not included in the rental.

The group gite is located in Crouy-sur-Cosson, in Sologne, in a peaceful setting with quick access to Chambord, Blois, Cheverny and the main Loire Valley sites.

On cherchait un endroit pouvant accueillir un grand groupe (40 personnes) pour un week-end. Nous avions sélectionné la Ferme des Poulardières et nous ne regrettons absolument pas notre choix, bien au contraire. Nous y avons passé un excellent moment. Tout y est parfait, de l’accueil en passant par les équipements et la propreté des logements. Ajoutez à ça un cadre verdoyant avec un étang et deux piscines et vous obtenez l’endroit idéal pour passer un bon moment. N’hésitez pas à venir y poser vos valises.
Organiser une cousinade de 47 personnes, c’est déjà un métier... Sur ce site, tout devient d’abord facile, puis une fois la fête commencée... un vrai paradis. Tout est facile, le décor est enchanteur, la région un trésor de richesses et surtout les hôtes, qui considèrent que c’est un vrai métier de recevoir. Ils délivrent une prestation parfaite, avec bonne humeur et envie de vous faire plaisir. Merci à eux ! Il faut réserver à l’avance, pas de concurrence aux alentours.
Nous avons organisé un week-end de retrouvailles en famille, 35 personnes. C'est un domaine incroyable géré par des personnes géniales qui se soucient réellement du plaisir et du confort des hôtes. Lélia est une cuisinière hors pair et très à l'écoute. La météo n'était pas avec nous, mais cela ne nous a pas empêchés de passer un moment génial. Un immense merci à vous deux.
