Étang des Oiseaux is now a distinct area from the Poulardières offer: it is booked as an independent group gite for sleeping, cooking, sharing meals and enjoying the peaceful park.
The stay is organised around a large 50 m² air-conditioned living room, a professional kitchen, 3 air-conditioned family rooms and 2 rooms for 2 guests. Pools and spa remain reserved for the Les Poulardières area; only certain additional services may be discussed separately depending on dates.

Yes. Étang des Oiseaux is now offered as an independent group gite for 14 to 18 guests, with its own buildings, bedrooms, living room, professional kitchen, wooded park and pond.
Does Étang des Oiseaux include access to the pools?
No. The pools and spa are located on the Poulardières side and are not included with the Étang des Oiseaux group gite.
Is the gite suitable for families or small groups?
Yes. It is designed for calm family gatherings, friends, small groups and residential seminars, with a 50 m² living room and five bedrooms.
Can extra services be arranged?
Some estate services may be studied on request depending on the dates, the group and the configuration required.
On cherchait un endroit pouvant accueillir un grand groupe (40 personnes) pour un week-end. Nous avions sélectionné la Ferme des Poulardières et nous ne regrettons absolument pas notre choix, bien au contraire. Nous y avons passé un excellent moment. Tout y est parfait, de l’accueil en passant par les équipements et la propreté des logements. Ajoutez à ça un cadre verdoyant avec un étang et deux piscines et vous obtenez l’endroit idéal pour passer un bon moment. N’hésitez pas à venir y poser vos valises.
Organiser une cousinade de 47 personnes, c’est déjà un métier... Sur ce site, tout devient d’abord facile, puis une fois la fête commencée... un vrai paradis. Tout est facile, le décor est enchanteur, la région un trésor de richesses et surtout les hôtes, qui considèrent que c’est un vrai métier de recevoir. Ils délivrent une prestation parfaite, avec bonne humeur et envie de vous faire plaisir. Merci à eux ! Il faut réserver à l’avance, pas de concurrence aux alentours.
Nous avons réservé ce lieu pendant une semaine dans le cadre d’un séminaire professionnel, et l’expérience a été excellente du début à la fin. Les hôtes sont accueillants, à l’écoute et réactifs.
